The Department of Public Safety and Security is responsible for enforcing all traffic and parking regulations at 91成人导航. The 91成人导航 is not responsible for damage, vandalism, or theft involving vehicles parked on campus. All vehicles parked on campus must be insured by the owner, and personal property should be secured out of sight.

3.3 Decal Placement

Parking decals must be properly affixed as follows: 鈥 Passenger side of the front windshield, or 鈥 Driver鈥檚 side of the rear window If the rear window is tinted, the decal must be placed on the front windshield. Failure to properly display the decal may result in ticketing or immobilization.

3.4 Decal Stipulation

Possession of a decal does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.

3.5 Replacement Decals

A replacement decal will be issued for a fee of $20 when a vehicle change occurs during the academic year. Replacement decals are available in the Security office.

4.1 Designated Student Parking Lots

Student parking is permitted only in officially designated lots, including: 鈥 Admissions 鈥 Cowan 鈥 Reynolds 鈥 Hill/Greensboro (limited) 鈥 West 鈥 Library Visitor spaces are marked by signage. A current campus map is available through the 91成人导航鈥檚 website (link: /visit/campus-map/).

4.3 Restricted Areas

Students are prohibited from parking in Faculty/Staff reserved spaces and other restricted areas as posted.

4.4 Tow-Away Zones

This includes, but is not limited to, vehicles parked in unauthorized areas, fire lanes, accessible spaces without proper authorization, or in a manner that impedes traffic flow or creates a safety hazard.

Once a tow truck has been dispatched in response to a parking violation, the registered owner and/or driver of the vehicle will be responsible for any service or dispatch fees incurred, even if the vehicle is removed from the violation location prior to being towed. 2026

Individuals eligible for an appeal include only those who: 鈥 Are properly registered for parking, and 鈥 Display a current 91成人导航 parking decal

6.6 Effect on Fines

Parking fines are applied to the account of the individual responsible upon issuance, or are otherwise expected to be made payable to the Office of Student Accounts in-person or by mail. If an appeal is approved, the citation is voided and associated charges are removed.
