Sexuality, Gender, and Identity Studies Minor
Identity is personal 鈥� but it’s also shaped by the world around us. Housed in the Department of Psychology within the School of Social Sciences and Education, this new minor examines how social, physiological, and psychological forces come together to form gender, sexuality, and identity.
Drawing from Psychology, Sociology, and ECM, the program offers a multi-disciplinary look at how identity develops and shows up in everyday life 鈥� built for students curious about the bigger questions behind human experience. This minor requires a minimum of 20 credit hours from approved coursework
